About Me...

Hi, I’m Jess Weber, owner of Stretch Wave Studio in Medway, MA, specializing in mobility and performance stretch therapy designed to improve movement, reduce chronic pain and tightness, and enhance performance through personalized fascial stretch therapy.

Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) is an assisted stretching technique that targets your fascia—the connective tissue surrounding your muscles, joints, and organs. Unlike traditional static stretching, FST uses gentle traction and oscillation to improve range of motion, release muscle tension, and enhance flexibility. This therapeutic stretching method is highly effective for pain relief, injury prevention, athletic performance, and post-workout recovery.​

I help people dealing with chronic tightness, injury recovery, athletic training, and everyday movement challenges through assisted stretch therapy and fascia mobility work. Using a specialized, evidence-based approach, I help unlock flexibility, improve range of motion, and relieve tension in ways traditional stretching alone often can’t. Every body is different, which is why each session begins with understanding what’s limiting your movement and what you want to achieve. From there, I create a personalized assisted stretching program designed specifically for your goals, combining hands-on experience with proven mobility techniques to deliver lasting, functional results.
